Worth its 3 stars. Standard king room overlooks the garden and includes an electric kettle and refrigerator. The restaurant was located within 400 metres.

Breakfast was good, staff were useful, location was great. Room service was really handy. The nearby restaurant, baan ya jai, was as close as 500 metres from the hotel.
The room was very basic.
